For every engagement we show you the base cost of each resource and then apply a simple, fixed, margin. You see exactly what you’re paying for, we earn a fair return, and both sides stay focused on delivering results, not defending invoices.
Flexible Engagements
Most engagements are delivered on a monthly retainer basis with a fixed monthly rate for a fixed number of hours from our executive or team. Some services can be delivered on a success fee basis, and others as a one-off project. We know that unique situations often require unique solutions and we are flexible in our delivery model.
